Ingredients
1 kg of flour kamut khorasan
200 gr Kamut Khorasan flour for the pastry
500 gr caster sugar
330 gr seed oil
440 gr warm water
16 gr baking powder
20 gr powdered ginger
200 gr candied ginger cubes
Process
Mix in planetary all the dust (flour, sugar, baking powder, ground ginger);
add the liquid gradually, stirring constantly, until dough is smooth and free of lumps;
unite in order ginger cubes;
let the dough rest in a dry place covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes;
flour the work surface with the remaining flour, roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick;
cut the cookies and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (adjust the cooking according to the needs of your oven);
remove from oven and cool before consuming them;
store the product in an airtight box away from heat sources, the product will keep its quality, if stored in a suitable way, for a long period.
