800 g of fresh and blast shrimp
1 clove of garlic
q.s. salt
q.s. White pepper
1 shot of Cognac or Brandy
q.s. dried chopped marjoram
Prawns in Cognac are an elegant second course of fish, really simple and quick to prepare.
Ideal for bringing the scents of Liguria to your table for special occasions and holidays.
Start by frying in a large pan 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with the clove of garlic and remove it when it takes on color.
Add the cleaned prawns (without the black casings) and sauté for a few minutes, seasoning with salt.
Deglaze with the Cognac and quickly flames.
Grind the pepper and sprinkle generously with chopped marjoram.
