{"id":4948,"date":"2021-09-27T16:53:49","date_gmt":"2021-09-27T16:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghmresort.com\/?p=4948"},"modified":"2025-02-25T17:02:18","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T17:02:18","slug":"golden-panissa-with-mushrooms-in-marsala-and-robiola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ghmresort.com\/en\/golden-panissa-with-mushrooms-in-marsala-and-robiola\/","title":{"rendered":"Golden panissa with mushrooms in Marsala and robiola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients for 4 people<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 g Fresh and already cleaned porcini mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>125 g Chickpea flour<\/p>\n<p>125 g Marsala<\/p>\n<p>100 g fresh Robiola<\/p>\n<p>Fresh coriander<\/p>\n<p>Butter<\/p>\n<p>Peanut oil and extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Salt, Pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>375 g of water<\/p>\n<p>Mix the mixture by combining the flour with all the water and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Cook it slowly in a saucepan for about 30 \u2018. Turn off, spread the mixture on a plate greased with oil and cover with plastic wrap to let it cool.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, cut the mushrooms into small pieces and brown them in a pan with a knob of butter and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes. Remove the porcini mushrooms from the pan and add the Marsala, reducing it for a few minutes on the heat. Then put the mushrooms in the pan and saut\u00e9 them for about 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, season the robiola with a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and finely chopped fresh coriander.
