Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced in the event of loss, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The original gift certificate must be presented on arrival at the time of redemption of the experience.
Advance reservations are mandatory and subject to availability.
Canceling a reservation within 24 hours of arrival will cancel the certificate.
